SAVE £30 VOKEY DESIGN WEDGES Bob Vokey didn’t always dream of being the ultimate wedge master. But from the moment he raised his hand and said, “I’ll give it a go,” he began honing his craft with unwavering dedication. Every Vokey Design wedge is a demonstration of two distinct realities: the precision of engineering and the artistry of craft. VOKEY DESIGN SM9 SUPERIOR HANDCRAFTED TECHNOLOGY Great wedge play comes from shot versatility, distance control and spin. The materials and structure of SM9 wedges represent our most technologically advanced design in all three areas, tuned for precise contact, lower flight and higher spin. ULTIMATE SHOT VERSATILITY Your swing is unique and requires a unique wedge. Finding the right grind for your swing type will provide you flawless contact, so you can be prepared to hit every kind of wedge shot in all conditions. For every shot, every lie, every course, there’s a grind fit for your swing. SPIN MILLED GROOVES NOTHING SPINS LIKE A VOKEY SM9’s new grooves are cut to the edge to maximise spin. Each Vokey wedge is 100% inspected for utmost quality and performance, and a localised heat treatment is applied to the impact area to double the durability of the groove. CHOICE OF THE WORLD'S BEST #1 WEDGE ON TOUR Vokey Design wedges have been #1 on tour since 2004, a leadership run that is eclipsed only by the historic run of the Titleist golf ball on the worldwide professional tours. The trust of the world's best validates the performance of the product, but it also validates the service commitment and skill of Master Craftsman Bob Vokey and Vokey Tour Rep Aaron Dill.
Compact Shape The Glide 4.0 setup appeals to the eye with its rounded, compact design that benefits from advancements to the lead edge and hosel transition. 8620 Carbon Steel Body, Elastomer CTP Insert The multi-material construction combines 8620 carbon steel with a larger and softer activated elastomer insert to provide a soft, responsive feel. The additional volume of the insert allows for 36% more face contact. Milled Grooves & Face Blast In combination with the precision-milled face and grooves, the new Emery face blast adds more texture to the hitting surface, creating higher friction and more interaction between the club and ball for more spin and lower launch. Four Grind Options Four differentiated sole grinds (S, W, T, E) are designed to match your angle of attack and typical turf conditions for improving your performance and versatility on full and partial shots. E Grind High toe Improved lead-edge shaping Dished sole and tapered hosel for bunker performance Full Shots The grooves in the lower-lofted wedges (46°, 50° & 52°) are milled with a 20° sidewall and a .005" edge radius for optimal full-shot performance. Around the Green The higher-lofted versions (54°, 56°, 58° & 60°) are milled to a .004" edge radius with a 28° sidewall to impart more spin, especially around the greens. ‘E’ Grind (Eye2) The PING Eye2 wedge face profile inspired the “E” grind, distinguished by the high-toe design made popular by Karsten Solheim’s iconic sand wedge from the early 1980s. It features a blended hosel and dished sole design similar to the original Eye2. S Grind Trail edge/heel relief Ample bounce Rounded lead edge Fits most golfers W Grind Traditional full-sole design Most forgiving through the turf Rounded lead edge Optimised for square-face and bunker shots T Grind High lead-edge bounce Half-moon sole shaping Increased center bounce width Key Components The longer 11.5” Lamkin Crossline 1150 grip is designed for gripping down, with a reduced-taper profile to promote versatility and control. PING’s lightweight Z-Z115 shaft has a lower balance point for more clubhead feel.
s159 With the addition of two grinds and new lofts, the tour-style s159 wedges are available in 25 loft/grind combinations to match a wedge to your playing conditions and technique while ensuring a properly gapped set. Extensive testing with top PING tour players helped create wedges that will appeal to golfers of all abilities. Wheel-cut grooves are precision-milled to varying dimensions, depending on loft. The 46-to-52-degree  wedges are milled to maximise groove volume for greater control on full shots. The 54-to-62-degree options feature more tightly spaced MicroMax grooves to impart more spin, especially around the greens. W Grind Maximum forgiveness through the turf. Best fits a steep angle of attack that might also have a lot of handle lean and a player who prefers the look of a specialty wedge but relies on a little more forgiveness in their scoring clubs. Available in 54°, 56°, 58°, 60°. New B Grind For a shallow angle of attack and neutral face delivery. Low-bounce design sits low on the turf on square-face shots, providing forgiveness via the sole width to deliver score-lowering performance in firmer conditions. Available in 58°, 60°. S Grind Fits a wide variety of conditions and techniques. Designed with ample bounce in the mid-section to play full shots and provides greenside versatility due to heel/trail edge relief. The new 48° option helps in gapping. Available in 46°, 48°, 50°, 52°, 54°, 56°, 58°, 60°. New H Grind A shot-saving option for players with steeper angles of attack who like to manipulate the handle and play with versatility. The Half-Moon grind performs best in softer conditions. Available in 54°, 56°, 58°, 60°. T Grind The most versatile option allows players to manipulate the face for shot-making precision around the greens. Ideal for medium to firm turf conditions, includes a new 62-degree option at the request of our tour pros for more versatility. Available in 58°, 60°, 62°. E Grind Continues to be the ultimate bunker club, carrying on a 40-year tradition of helping golfers get up and down from the sand. It plays with relatively low bounce on square or slightly open face shots. Available in 54°, 56°, 58°, 60° Friction Face In combination with the friction-adding face blast, precision-milled grooves deliver the launch and spin control to play score-lowering shots from every distance. Stock Shaft, Grip PING’s lightweight Z-Z115 shaft has a lower balance point for more clubhead feel. The PING 360 Dyla-wedge Lite grip, which is ¾-inch longer than a traditional grip with a reduced taper, allows golfers to choke down for more versatility and trajectory control.
SHARPEN YOUR SHORT GAME Nothing does more to improve your play like fresh wedges, especially when those wedges are Vokey Design® SM10 with Spin Milled® grooves and a sole grind fit to your needs. Take hold of our most advanced design, played by more of the best players in the world, and see exactly how sharp your short game can be. PROGRESSIVE CENTRE  OF GRAVITY Optimising the position of the centre of gravity (CG) is one of the keys to producing the best flight, accuracy and forgiveness in a wedge. SM10 features a progressive CG that is individually calibrated for each loft for maximum performance. In the higher lofts, the CG has shifted both higher and forward toward the face. This move produces lower, more controlled flight with greater stability. Combined with increased MOI, SM10 delivers exceptional feel and consistency. PATENTED SPIN MILLED® PROCESS  FOR MAXIMUM SPIN The patented Spin Milled® grooves in SM10 are meticulously engineered through a proprietary cutting process. Each groove is individually cut based on loft and finish; with narrower, deeper grooves in lower lofts (46°-54°) and wider, shallower grooves in higher lofts (56°-62°). Micro-grooves are cut between each groove to maximise spin on partial shots. A proprietary heat treatment is applied to the impact area – doubling the durability without altering feel – for the most durable grooves in golf. The process is only complete when each wedge is 100% inspected for utmost quality and performance. TOUR-PROVEN  GRINDS Anyone can manufacture a wedge, but it takes a master to turn a piece of high-performance technology into an instrument of creative control. Bob’s six tour-proven grinds are designed to offer maximum creativity, versatility and consistency, all meticulously developed through years of working with the best players in the world. Getting set up with grinds that fit your swing, preferred shot types and playing conditions will give you the best turf interaction, contact and shot performance.
